Abridged versions of this title are found in the Young

I have seen four cover variants of this title. They
all have the exact same title page and copyright page.
Three of the books have the same picture on the cover.
The differences are the color of the book and whether
the volume has gold or silver gilt lettering on the
cover and the spine. I am unable to prioritize these
editions.
The fourth cover with gold gilt and the small picture
within a box is a later edition but still pre-1900.
Books with the same title that are in the "Young
Folks' Quarto Series" and "Children's Gift Series"
from the teens have this same cover format.
