12. Initially these books had Altemus' Classics Series on the front of
the jacket whereas later the jacket front says Slip-in-the-Pocket
Classics. The back of the jackets always say Classics Series and lists
the books.
13. It is unclear in which years and for which numbers format 4 was
published. It is clear that it was in 1909 or later. |
